Xero Bookkeeper

Finenza is a financial reporting automation service helping UK accounting firms produce monthly management account packs faster and with less manual effort.
As we grow our client base, we're building a small remote team of Xero-proficient bookkeepers who can support month-end data preparation and quality checking for UK SME clients.
What this role will involve:
Reviewing Xero exports for completeness and categorization accuracy
Flagging uncategorized transactions or missing data before reports are generated
Supporting management pack preparation for 2–5 accounting firm clients monthly
Communicating clearly and operating on UK business hours (GMT/BST)
What we're looking for:
Practical Xero experience (bookkeeping, not just viewing)
Familiarity with UK chart of accounts and VAT treatment
Comfortable working with Excel and exported financial data
Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation instincts
Based anywhere, but available during UK business hours
This is a part-time contract role, initially 5–10 hours per month with scope to grow as client volume increases.
