Role Description The Quality Executive is responsible for supporting and monitoring quality standards across clinical and administrative processes in the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Berhampore and involves conducting routine quality checks, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Quality Executive will collect and analyze data, identify trends and gaps, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve service delivery. The role includes preparing reports and documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in training staff on quality procedures and best practices. The Quality Executive also contributes to the development and implementation of quality management systems and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present data for decision-making and process improvement.
Proficiency in quality control activities, including inspections, monitoring, and implementation of quality standards.
Experience in quality auditing, with the ability to conduct structured audits and follow up on compliance and corrective actions.
Knowledge of quality management principles, frameworks, and documentation practices within healthcare or related sectors.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and train staff on quality protocols.
Relevant academic background, such as a degree or diploma in healthcare management, quality management, or a related field.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements in healthcare is an advantage.
