Presidency Group is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing, preferably along with an existing core marketing team, to lead brand, marketing, communications and growth initiatives across our diversified businesses in:
Hospitality | Real Estate | Agro Tourism | Healthcare
The role will work closely with Group Management to strengthen the Presidency brand, drive customer acquisition and create a structured marketing engine across multiple businesses and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Group-level marketing strategy across all business verticals.
Build and strengthen the Presidency Group brand architecture and positioning.
Lead digital marketing, performance campaigns, social media, content and lead generation.
Develop marketing strategies for hospitality, club memberships, weddings, events and corporate business.
Plan marketing and launch campaigns for real estate and upcoming development projects.
Create marketing strategies for the Group's Agro Tourism and Healthcare businesses.
Manage website, digital assets, CRM, WhatsApp campaigns and customer communication.
Drive qualified lead generation and work closely with sales teams on lead conversion and ROI.
Oversee creative agencies, media agencies, designers, photographers and other marketing partners.
Plan PR, corporate communications, events, activations, partnerships and brand collaborations.
Develop marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, digital campaigns and corporate communication.
Establish marketing budgets, KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting for Management.
Build, recruit and manage an effective Marketing & Creative Team wherever required.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a commercially driven marketing professional who combines brand-building ability with strong execution and measurable lead generation.
Candidates should ideally have senior-level experience in one or more of the following sectors:
Hospitality • Real Estate • Lifestyle • Clubs & Resorts • Tourism • Healthcare • Consumer Brands
Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary marketing team or agency setup will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with promoters and business heads and taking ownership of marketing from strategy to execution.
