🔷ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and .NET technologies to lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications, Oracle Cloud integrations, and Microsoft .NET technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical design, development, and implementation of solutions integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with enterprise applications.
Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.
Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and related Microsoft technologies.
Work with Oracle Fusion modules such as HCM, Finance, Procurement, SCM, or other relevant modules.
Lead technical discussions with business teams, functional consultants, architects, and offshore/onshore development teams.
Develop scalable and secure integration solutions between Oracle Fusion and .NET-based applications.
Troubleshoot production issues, integration failures, performance problems, and data-related issues.
Review code, establish development standards, and provide technical guidance to team members.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical documentation, code reviews, and deployment activities.
Coordinate with Oracle functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API.
Experience developing Oracle Fusion integrations.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar Oracle integration technologies.
Experience with SQL/Oracle Database.
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
Good technical leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Oracle Fusion HCM / Financials / SCM experience.
Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
Knowledge of authentication technologies such as OAuth 2.0, SSO, and JWT.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Experience: 8+ years overall, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion + .NET integration.
