In this context of international expansion, Product Design will play a key role in adapting and evolving our platform to meet the needs of different healthcare environments, users, and models of cancer care delivery.
This role is central to that expansion.
Role Brief
Cureety is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product & Design team in the U.S.
You will design patient and clinician-facing experiences across mobile and web, translating complex clinical workflows and medical information into products that are simple, accessible and effective.
This is a hands-on role with a high level of autonomy. You will work directly with U.S. health systems, clinicians and patients, while partnering closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams across the U.S. and France.
Core Responsibilities
1. Product Design
Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery and ideation through prototyping, testing and delivery.
Design and improve patient experiences including symptom monitoring, interactive questionnaires, supportive care modules and medical data visualizations.
Simplify complex clinician workflows while maintaining the functional depth required in clinical settings.
Design accessible experiences for patients with different needs and levels of digital literacy.
Contribute to the evolution of our design system and create reusable components and patterns.
Partner with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.
Collaborate closely with other designers across the U.S. and France to share practices and maintain a consistent product experience.
2. User Research & Testing
Conduct interviews, workshops and usability testing with patients, clinicians and care teams.
Work directly with U.S. health systems to understand real-world workflows, constraints and user needs.
Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and product data.
Bring U.S. user insights directly into design and product decisions.
Partner with Product, Engineering and Clinical teams throughout the product development lifecycle and contribute to product prioritization through user insights and data.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of Product / UX Design experience, ideally on complex SaaS, healthcare or data-driven products.
Strong UX, interaction and visual design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating work on complex digital products.
Experience owning the full design process from user research through delivery.
Ability to independently lead complex and ambiguous design initiatives.
Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with mature design systems.
Experience with data visualization or complex data-driven interfaces is highly valued.
Healthcare, digital health or clinical workflow experience is a strong plus.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
Fluent English required; working knowledge of French is a strong plus.
Location & Travel
U.S.-based remote role, preferably within Eastern or Central time zones to facilitate collaboration with our European teams.
Travel to U.S. health system partners will be required as needed.
