Role Description This is a full-time, on-site hardware and networking role based in Rampur. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, peripherals, and basic networking equipment across the facility. The hardware and networking professional will diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, perform routine inspections, and ensure systems operate reliably to support manufacturing and office operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with other technical and operations teams, documenting configurations and changes, and following safety and security guidelines. The role may also involve assisting in minor upgrades, supporting users with hardware issues, and ensuring minimal downtime of critical systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Computer Hardware and general Hardware maintenance.
Candidates should possess skills in Hardware Development and Circuit Design.
Candidates should possess skills in Hardware Architecture and system-level hardware planning.
Basic knowledge of computer networking (LAN setup, switches, routers, cabling) is beneficial.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field is preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues systematically and document solutions clearly.
Strong attention to safety, reliability, and adherence to organizational policies.
