Senior Executive Human Resources

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and analyze HR records and reports, including employee data, attendance, attrition, performance, and other HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee communication, and activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Assist in employee relations and HR operations, addressing employee queries, coordinating with management, and ensuring HR policies and processes are followed effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative.
Fluent English Communication, Convincing Skills require.
Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
Experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition will be preferred.
