Human Resources Intern

Myra’s Global Tech is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source and screen candidates through various platforms.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
Maintain candidate and employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Coordinate with different teams to understand hiring requirements.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Help prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Contribute ideas to improve the overall hiring and employee experience.
Requirements
Students or fresh graduates pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with people and coordinating multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
