Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist role at The Little Lookers is a full-time, on-site position based in Moradabad. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online product listings, pricing, and promotions across ecommerce platforms. Daily tasks include updating product catalogs, monitoring inventory and orders, coordinating with the team to ensure accurate stock levels, and resolving customer queries related to online purchases. The Ecommerce Specialist will analyze sales and traffic data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to increase conversions and customer engagement. The role also involves close collaboration with sales and customer service teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and a smooth online shopping experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online listings, drive revenue, and support promotional activities.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track key performance indicators, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Relevant experience in retail or ecommerce operations, including order processing and inventory coordination, is beneficial.
Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, basic Excel or spreadsheet tools, and familiarity with online payment and logistics processes is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Moradabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.
