About the role
Nebula is looking for a State Head to own sales performance for rehabilitation products like knee caps, ortho belts, POPs, skin staplers, fiber cast, and related lines across Madhya Pradesh. This person will build and lead a field sales team from the ground up, working directly with doctors and dealers to grow the state's revenue and market share.

What you'll do
Sales & Territory Ownership
· Own the full sales P&L for Madhya Pradesh, hitting monthly and quarterly revenue targets across the rehabilitation product range
· Build, hire, and lead the state sales team from scratch, setting individual targets and holding the team accountable for results
· Develop and expand relationships with doctors and surgeons across the state to drive product adoption and repeat orders
· Establish and strengthen dealer/distributor relationships to ensure consistent stock availability and secondary sales
Team Development & Field Execution
· Train field sales staff on product knowledge, clinical use cases, and selling technique for the full product portfolio
· Travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh to accompany team members on doctor and dealer visits, coach in the field, and unblock deals
· Track team and territory performance against targets and report progress to the Regional Sales Manager / Head Office
· Identify gaps in market coverage and dealer network, and build a plan to close them
Must have
· 8-10+ years of sales experience in surgical disposables and/or rehabilitation products (knee caps, ortho belts, POPs, skin staplers, fiber cast, or similar)
· Proven experience managing and building a field sales team
· Established relationships with doctors/surgeons in this product segment
· Existing dealer/distributor network and relationships within the medical devices trade
· Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh
· Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clinicians, dealers, and internal leadership
What success looks like
· State sales team is fully staffed, trained, and operational
· Monthly/quarterly sales targets are consistently met, qualifying the team for incentive payouts
· Doctor and dealer network for the state visibly expands from baseline
· Clear, reliable reporting rhythm established with the Regional Sales Manager / Head Office
