We're a paid ads agency that helps e-commerce brands scale through data-driven performance marketing. Our team runs advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms, delivering measurable ROI for clients across North America.
We're hiring a full-time Digital Ads Manager who's an expert in e-commerce paid advertising specifically. You'll manage and optimize campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce clients running significant monthly ad spend, advising on targeting, messaging, and content strategy, and creating monthly performance reports that clearly communicate results, insights, and next steps.
This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who's deep in e-commerce performance marketing and comfortable managing serious budgets. This role is perfect for someone who takes ownership of performance and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize live e-commerce ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Develop ad strategies for new clients, including targeting, messaging, and creative direction
- Set up and manage campaign tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimizations based on the key metric defined for each client
- Troubleshoot tracking or delivery issues as they arise
- Create and deliver monthly client reports outlining results, context, and next steps
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution and communication across accounts
Requirements
- Expert-level experience specifically in e-commerce digital advertising
- Proven hands-on experience running both Google Ads AND Meta Ads, not just one
- Experience managing $30,000+/month in ad spend
- Understanding of conversion tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Excellent, fluent English communication (written and verbal)
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations
- Available full-time within the EST Time Zone
Compensation
$3,000–$4,000 USD /month
This is a full-time, long-term role with opportunities for growth as the agency scales.
