Industry Connector – Gaming Partnerships (US)
About IntelliGames
IntelliGames is a Spanish gaming-intelligence company. We work with AA studios as a data and marketing partner: we embed in the project before, during and after launch, bringing market intelligence, competitive analysis, community analytics and specialized gaming marketing so studios make better decisions with less uncertainty.
We are currently building our own platform, designed for studios and running first with our partner clients:
Community intelligence – API connections to Discord, Telegram, Twitch, Steam, YouTube and others to analyze players, keywords, sentiment and conversations across the studio's communities.
Game telemetry – playtime, session flow, where players drop off, install/uninstall patterns, all mapped into one model regardless of the studio's stack.
Trust & safety – detection of bullying, grooming and scams inside communities, with reporting tools so the studio can act.
The platform is in development and our website (www.intelligames.io) is being rebuilt. The current site still gives a clear picture of what we do; the new one will reflect the platform and the partnership model.
Why this role exists
Most of our business is B2B and happens through relationships, not inbound. We are a young company with a solid product vision and services that work today, and what we need now is someone who can put us in the room with the right studios and partners in the US.
What we are looking for
A person who already knows the gaming industry and has an active, real network of contacts: studio founders, publishers, investors, platform teams, service companies, event organizers. Someone who can pick up the phone and get a meeting.
This is not:
A lead-generation or outbound-prospecting role.
A LinkedIn/email outreach role.
A position for B2B agencies or automated-outreach services.
If your value is a contact list you don't personally know, this role is not for you.
Responsibilities
Open doors: get IntelliGames in front of studios, publishers and partners that fit our profile.
Identify projects that could benefit from our data, marketing and platform services.
Set up and facilitate first meetings; we handle the proposal, delivery and account.
Give us honest feedback from the market on positioning, pricing and product.
Help grow our network of strategic partners in the US.
Requirements
4+ years working in the games industry (studios, publishing, marketing, investment, platforms, outsourcing, services).
Active network in the US gaming ecosystem. We will ask about it in the interview.
Track record in business development, partnerships or similar relationship-driven roles.
Professional English. Spanish is a plus, not required.
Based in the US, ideally in a gaming/tech hub (Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Miami, Austin, or similar).
Collaboration model
Independent contractor agreement between both parties.
Compensation is commission-based on the business you generate. Percentages and conditions are negotiated individually with each connector. We are not publishing figures in this posting; we discuss them openly in the first conversation.
No exclusivity, no minimum targets, no fixed hours. You organize your own work.
This is the starting model, not the ceiling. As the company grows and as results and commitment are demonstrated, involvement can increase: retainer or salary, additional benefits, a more senior role in the company, or other arrangements we agree together. We want the people who open the first doors to grow with the project.
How to apply
Apply through LinkedIn and, in a few lines, tell us which segments of the US gaming industry you know best and what kind of companies you could realistically introduce us to. That matters more to us than a formal CV.
