Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at St. Matthew's School, Kotada in the Udaipur division. The Teacher will plan and deliver structured lessons aligned with the school curriculum, ensuring that learning objectives are clearly communicated and achieved. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting classroom instruction, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will maintain an orderly, engaging classroom environment, support individual learning needs, and collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on academic and co-curricular activities. The role also involves participating in training sessions, staff meetings, and parent interactions to support continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with the ability to deliver age-appropriate, curriculum-based instruction.
Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured learning experiences and support learner development.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear classroom instruction and positive engagement with learners, families, and colleagues.
Relevant academic qualifications in Education or a related field (e.g., B.Ed., D.El.Ed., or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
Prior classroom teaching experience, familiarity with modern pedagogical methods, and the ability to work collaboratively in a school environment would be beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, patience, and a learner-centered mindset would further support success in this role.
