A prospecting machine who's comfortable working across time zones, writing cold outreach that doesn't read like cold outreach, and running lightweight paid campaigns to warm up a cold audience. They're not a marketer who occasionally prospects or a salesperson who occasionally runs ads — they live in the middle, building pipeline through whatever channel gets the meeting booked. They work independently, report on pipeline weekly, and hand off warm prospects for you to close.

Running LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads at modest budgets for awareness and retargeting (not performance marketing — top-of-funnel brand visibility)
Basic CRM hygiene — logging touches, tracking pipeline stage, follow-up discipline
English writing that reads native — this is non-negotiable for international outreach

D2C brand founders and marketing heads (fashion, jewellery, beauty, home décor, F&B)
Agency creative directors looking to outsource AI image/video production
E-commerce managers who need high-volume catalogue imagery
Brand consultancies with clients who need visual content at scale
What success looks like in month one:
Prospect list built and segmented by geography and vertical
Outreach sequences live across email and LinkedIn
First LinkedIn/Meta awareness campaigns running
8–12 qualified discovery calls booked
Nice to haves:
Experience selling creative services or SaaS internationally
