Role: Non-IT & Healthcare Recruiter
Experience: 1–3 Years

Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and Healthcare roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
Follow up with candidates until selection, offer, and joining.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
Work on multiple requirements and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable profiles within timelines.
Requirements:
Any Graduate; HR/Recruitment background preferred.
Experience in Non-IT and/or Healthcare recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and candidate coordination skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
