Role Description The Store Manager for Retail Jewellery will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, sales floor management, and inventory control in the Theni location. This full-time, on-site role involves ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness, and monitoring stock levels and security procedures. The Store Manager will track sales performance, manage billing and cash handling, and implement retail loss prevention measures. The role also includes coaching and scheduling team members, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and supporting local marketing or promotional activities to drive store growth.
Qualifications
Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to provide a positive in-store experience.
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Store Management capabilities, including supervising staff, managing daily operations, and overseeing sales and inventory. Optimize the productivity of individuals.
Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to ensure adherence to security protocols and minimize shrinkage.
Hands on Jewellery, Silver, Diamond product knowledge , skills to close the high value deals, ability to negotiate with customer.
Experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or luxury products.
Ability to work on-site in Theni on a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Basic proficiency with POS systems, billing, and cash handling.
Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on ethical and transparent practices.
Relevant education in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
