Position Overview
The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for formulating and executing the company's growth strategies across marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to expand our network of employers and job seekers, strengthen market positioning, and build scalable revenue-generating channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute company-wide growth and market expansion strategies.
Increase employer acquisition rates, job seeker engagement, and platform usage.
Lead initiatives related to digital marketing, sales, strategic partnerships, and customer retention.
Identify new markets, products, and revenue-generating opportunities.
Set growth targets, budgets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance dashboards.
Leverage market and customer data to optimize conversion and retention rates.
Build and maintain relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, and industry partners.
Build and lead a high-performing growth team.
Report on performance, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in growth, marketing, sales, partnerships, or business development.
10+ years of executive leadership experience.
Proven track record in scaling digital platforms, marketplaces, recruitment businesses, or technology companies.
Deep understanding of customer acquisition, revenue strategies, and performance analytics.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
