We are looking for an organised and responsible **Dispatch Incharge** to independently handle our **offline orders, bulk shipments, Amazon FBA shipments, marketplace dispatches and stock maintenance**. The candidate should have strong warehouse coordination skills, accuracy in stock handling and the ability to ensure that every shipment leaves **on time, in the correct quantity and with proper documentation**. ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **
1. Daily Dispatch Management**
• Plan and supervise day-to-day dispatch activities
• Ensure orders are picked, checked, packed and dispatched on time
• Handle offline, wholesale, bulk and institutional orders
• Coordinate courier, transport and logistics pickups
• Verify quantity, SKU, size, colour and packing before dispatch
• Ensure correct invoices, labels and shipment documents are attached
• Maintain daily dispatch records and trackers
• Follow up until shipments are handed over successfully
**2. Amazon FBA & Bulk Shipments**
• Prepare bulk inventory for Amazon FBA shipments
• Coordinate FBA shipment quantities and SKU-wise stock
• Ensure correct product labelling, carton labelling and packing
• Verify shipment plans against physically packed quantities
• Prepare cartons according to marketplace requirements
• Maintain carton-wise and SKU-wise shipment records
• Coordinate transport / pickup for bulk FBA consignments
• Track shipments until warehouse delivery
• Identify shortages, discrepancies or rejected quantities and follow up for resolution
**3. Marketplace Shipments**
Coordinate dispatch requirements for marketplaces including:
• Amazon
• Flipkart
• Myntra
• Meesho
• JioMart
• Shopify / D2C orders
• Other e-commerce channels as required Ensure marketplace orders are processed within required timelines and avoid delays or dispatch errors.
**4. Offline & Bulk Orders**
• Handle distributor, retailer, wholesale and other offline shipments
• Prepare order-wise picking and packing requirements
• Coordinate large-volume dispatches
• Verify final quantities against invoices / orders
• Coordinate transport arrangements for bulk consignments
• Maintain proof of dispatch and delivery documentation
**5. Stock Maintenance**
• Maintain accurate physical stock of finished goods
• Ensure inward and outward stock movements are recorded correctly
• Maintain SKU / style / colour / size-wise stock
• Conduct regular physical stock verification
• Identify stock mismatches and investigate differences
• Monitor damaged, returned, rejected and non-saleable stock separately
• Coordinate stock transfers between production, warehouse and dispatch
• Ensure stock is stored systematically for easy identification and picking
**6. Warehouse Organisation**
• Ensure products are stored in clearly identified locations
• Maintain proper racks, bins and SKU identification
• Improve picking and packing efficiency
• Ensure stock is not mixed between styles, sizes or colours
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dispatch and stock areas
• Monitor packing-material availability
• Inform management in advance when cartons, covers, labels or other materials are running low
**7. Returns & Stock Reconciliation**
• Receive returned shipments and verify quantities
• Coordinate checking of returned products
• Segregate saleable, damaged and defective returns
• Ensure returned stock is correctly updated in inventory
• Maintain proper records of marketplace and customer returns
• Report discrepancies to the operations team / management
**8. Team Handling**
• Allocate work to picking, packing and dispatch staff
• Monitor daily productivity and pending orders
• Ensure staff follow correct packing and stock-handling processes
• Train new warehouse / dispatch employees
• Maintain discipline and accountability within the dispatch team
• Coordinate closely with production, e-commerce, accounts and operations teams
### REPORTING & CONTROL The Dispatch Incharge should regularly track:
• Orders pending for dispatch
• Orders dispatched
• FBA shipments pending / completed
• Bulk shipments
• Courier / transporter handovers
• Physical stock
• Stock discrepancies
• Returns received
• Damaged / rejected stock
• Packing-material availability Any mismatch or delay should be identified and reported quickly rather than discovered later during reconciliation.
### CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• **2–7 years of experience** in dispatch, warehouse, inventory or logistics operations
• Experience in garments, textiles, e-commerce or consumer products preferred
• Experience handling **bulk shipments and inventory**
• Amazon FBA / marketplace dispatch experience will be a strong advantage
• Good understanding of SKU-wise stock maintenance
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable working with invoices, shipment labels and dispatch documents
• Ability to manage warehouse / packing staff
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle multiple dispatch priorities simultaneously
• Responsible for stock accuracy and timely shipment completion
### IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who can independently take ownership of:
**Stock → Order → Picking → Checking → Packing → Documentation → Dispatch → Tracking → Reconciliation
** The person should understand that dispatch is not simply moving cartons out of the warehouse. The responsibility is to ensure:

### COMPENSATION 💰 **₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• Accuracy and independent working capability
