Sales Manager – Home Interiors
Key Responsibilities
Handle leads and convert them into full-home interior projects.
Understand customer requirements, budget, lifestyle, and preferences.
Conduct customer meetings and present suitable interior solutions.
Follow up with prospective customers and drive sales closures.
Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
Coordinate with Design and Project teams for a smooth handover after sales closure.
Maintain regular CRM updates and accurate sales records.
Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Experience & Eligibility
Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in interior/home improvement sales, customer conversion, and target-based sales will be preferred.
Strong communication skills, sales aptitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
