Role Overview:
Drive sales and end-to-end processing for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and mortgage top-up loans. Manage channel partner networks and deliver monthly loan disbursement targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and closing home loan and LAP leads to achieve monthly volume targets.
Build and manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and real estate consultants.
Guide customers from application through legal/technical verification, credit assessment, and final disbursement.
Cross-sell property insurance, life insurance, and retail banking products.
Ensure regulatory compliance, strict KYC checks, and clean documentation.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate or MBA in Finance/Marketing.
Experience: 1–5 years in retail lending, mortgage sales, or asset distribution.
Skills: Strong sales drive, channel management, basic financial evaluation (ITR/Bank statement analysis), and mortgage documentation knowledge.
