Human Resources Executive

We're Hiring: HR Executive | RANGREZ
RANGREZ is a growing jewellery e-commerce brand. We sell through our website (www.therangrez.com) and live selling on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. We are looking for an HR Executive who can handle HR end to end on their own.
📍 Location: Yamuna Vihar, Delhi 110053 (work from office)
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
🗓️ Working days: 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday)
⏰ Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
What you will do:
• Hiring: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule and take interviews
• Onboarding: offer letters, joining documents, employee files
• Attendance and leave records, and salary/payroll data every month
• Handle employee questions and issues day to day
• Exit process: resignation, handover, full and final settlement
• Keep HR documents, letters and policies up to date
Who we are looking for:
• At least 1 year of hands-on HR experience, ideally handling everything yourself
• Good with Excel and Google Sheets
• Clear communication in Hindi and English
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently
• Experience in a startup or e-commerce company is a plus
