Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for driving brand growth and client engagement across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and nurturing leads, presenting Zenithindia’s services, supporting campaign execution, and coordinating with internal creative and tech teams to align solutions with client needs. The role involves managing customer interactions, responding to inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships through proactive, service-oriented communication. The associate will contribute to marketing initiatives by assisting with outreach strategies, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to optimize sales funnels and brand messaging. This position requires a collaborative, results-driven approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, culture-driven environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and support integrated marketing campaigns.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding, product walkthroughs, and client education when needed.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms, especially those relevant to Gen Z audiences.
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability in a startup environment, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles within creative, tech, or media industries is an advantage.
