Role Description This full-time Electrical Engineer role is a hybrid position based in Prayagraj, with some flexibility for work from home. The Electrical Engineer will design, analyze, and maintain electrical systems and power distribution networks for projects associated with SG ENCON Pvt. Ltd. and Reliance Jio. Daily responsibilities include preparing electrical designs and drawings, performing load calculations, reviewing specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting site activities, troubleshooting electrical issues, and contributing to system upgrades and optimization. The Electrical Engineer will also participate in documentation, reporting, and regular communication with project stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity fundamentals, including a strong understanding of electrical principles and safety standards.
Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including the ability to develop schematics, layouts, and technical documentation for projects.
Candidates should possess skills related to Power Distribution, including planning, design, and assessment of distribution networks.
Candidates should possess skills related to Power Systems, including analysis of system performance, load flow, and reliability.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, codes, and standards; familiarity with industry tools and software is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to document work clearly and interact with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Prior experience in utility, infrastructure, telecom, or industrial projects is an advantage.
