About Zero Label Zero Label is an independent women's western wear brand focused on clean construction, tagless comfort, and precise body fit. Our collections are heavily inspired by European summer aesthetics, featuring vintage silhouettes, pastel shades, floral prints, and lightweight fabrics like cotton poplin, linen, and chiffon. We are building a community-driven brand and are looking for a creative, hands-on intern to help tell our story.
The Role We are looking for a full-time Social Media Marketing Intern who understands that social media is about starting conversations, not just broadcasting. You will work directly from our Noida office alongside the founder to execute an engagement-focused content strategy, shifting our social presence to highlight the behind-the-scenes garment creation process, styling tips, and the authentic realities of building a fashion label.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Brainstorm, script, and shoot short-form video content (Instagram Reels) that highlights our design process—from 3D flat lays and tech packs to the final drape and styling.
Copywriting & Layout: Assist in drafting engaging captions, carousel scripts, and video overlays that invite audience participation (polls, questions, styling dilemmas).
Community Engagement: Spend dedicated time daily executing an outbound engagement strategy—interacting meaningfully with fashion creators, complementary lifestyle brands, and our target audience.
Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on trending audio, fashion storytelling formats, and styling aesthetics that align with our brand identity.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor weekly performance, focusing on community-driven metrics (saves, shares, profile visits, and comments) rather than vanity metrics.
Who You Are
A strong visual eye with an understanding of minimal, elevated, and vintage-inspired fashion aesthetics.
Native understanding of Instagram and short-form video pacing, editing, and trends.
Comfortable shooting raw, unpolished, behind-the-scenes content in a fast-paced studio environment just as much as polished e-commerce visuals.
A proactive communicator who is eager to learn the ins and outs of an independent fashion business.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or native app editing) are required.
