About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Qualifications

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
