The Role
We are seeking a Creative Manager / Art Manager / Art Program Manager to coordinate creative projects, develop artistic initiatives, and support the delivery of high-quality visual work. This part-time remote opportunity is suited to a creative professional with strong organizational and leadership abilities who can balance artistic vision with practical project management. The role will collaborate with designers, artists, marketing teams, and external partners to deliver engaging creative programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate creative or art programs aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage project concepts, creative priorities, timelines, and delivery requirements.
Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to artists and creative contributors.
Coordinate designers, artists, content teams, and external creative partners.
Review creative work to maintain quality, consistency, and appropriate artistic standards.

Manage multiple creative projects while balancing deadlines, resources, and priorities.
Support exhibitions, campaigns, digital projects, artistic initiatives, or related programs where applicable.
Present creative concepts, project updates, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Encourage collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within creative teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Fine Arts, Design, Creative Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in creative management, art, design, or program coordination is preferred.
Strong understanding of creative development, visual communication, and artistic project management.
Knowledge of creative workflows, content development, and project delivery processes.
Familiarity with current design, art, cultural, and digital creative trends.
Proficiency in communicating creative concepts and providing constructive feedback.
