About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Developer with over five years of experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production support and application development within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). This role requires expertise in Oracle technical stack and a deep understanding of Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Projects, and Grants. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise-level Oracle Forms and Reports, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration within the EBS environment. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, support migration projects, and contribute to ongoing system enhancements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher development.
Strong technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (preferably R12.2 version).
Proficiency in PL/SQL, including packages, procedures, and functions.
Experience with Oracle Financials modules such as GL, AR, AP, Projects, and Grants.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development and customization is preferred.
Knowledge of Oracle Workflow development and Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) integration is advantageous.
Experience in large ERP migration or conversion projects.
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-starter with flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary, including weekends and evenings for system maintenance and support activities.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher reports for enterprise applications.
Maintain and enhance existing Oracle Forms and Reports to meet evolving business requirements.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of code modules within the Oracle E-Business Suite framework.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of PL/SQL code and report queries to ensure system efficiency.
Support ongoing production activities, including system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks.
Participate in large-scale ERP migration/conversion projects, providing technical expertise and support.
Develop and customize Oracle Application Framework (OAF) forms and workflows as needed.
Work with Oracle Workflow Builder and FMW components to automate business processes.
Document technical specifications, code changes, and system configurations for future reference and audits.
