We're hiring a full-time video editor at Buzzspear.
Remote. ₹50,000 to ₹70,000/month. No freelance.
Talking head videos + podcast content. Minimum 1.5 years experience. Joining immediately.
What we're actually looking for:
Visual storytelling — you watch raw footage and already see the final cut
Pacing — you know where to hold and where to cut, especially on talking heads
Music + sound — you pick tracks that fit, not just fill
B-roll — you use it to add context, not just cover jump cuts
Motion graphics — clean, purposeful, not templatey.
