Role Description
The Clinical Research Nurse will support and coordinate oncology-focused clinical research activities in alignment with GRG Health’s market research and data-driven projects. This part-time, remote role includes screening and enrolling participants, collecting and documenting clinical data, and ensuring adherence to research protocols and ethical standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing medical records, and contributing clinical insights that strengthen the quality and relevance of research outputs. The Clinical Research Nurse will also help develop and review study documentation, maintain regulatory compliance, and communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong clinical foundation with skills in Nursing and Medicine relevant to clinical research settings.
Research competencies, including study coordination, data collection, and critical appraisal of clinical information.
Ability to interpret and apply research Protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards in practice.
Valid nursing license/registration and formal nursing qualification (e.g., BSN or equivalent); advanced certifications in oncology or clinical research are an advantage.
Experience working remotely, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Familiarity with electronic health records, basic data analysis tools, and comfort working with technology-driven research environments.
