Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for neurodivergent children, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions. The Speech Language Pathologist will work on improving speech clarity, receptive and expressive language, social communication, and functional communication skills. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and providing training and guidance to caregivers on home-based strategies. The role also involves participating in case reviews, contributing to treatment planning, and supporting the overall therapeutic environment at the centre.
