Product Director
Neubridge IT Consulting | Remote | United States | Full-time
Neubridge IT Consulting is seeking an experienced Product Director to lead product strategy, execution, and growth across key initiatives.
Responsibilities
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Lead cross functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and operations
Identify customer needs and market opportunities
Drive product development from concept through launch
Establish product KPIs and continuously improve performance
Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience
5+ years in a product leadership role
Strong strategic thinking and team leadership skills
Experience managing complex technology products
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in IT consulting, SaaS, or enterprise technology is preferred
