Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Manager role based at Amaris Greens Resort by Vedam in Jim Corbett. The Food and Beverage Manager oversees daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and product quality. Responsibilities include planning menus with the culinary team, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, managing budgets and cost controls, and coordinating with vendors. The role involves supervising and scheduling staff, providing ongoing training and coaching, and addressing guest feedback to enhance overall dining experiences. The manager collaborates with other departments to support events, promotions, and resort-wide initiatives that drive guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations.
Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to handle guest feedback and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Experience in Training food and beverage staff, including onboarding, skill development, and performance guidance.
Ability to manage Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting for food and beverage departments.
Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar supervisory role within hotels or resorts.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
