Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District, responsible for leading the company’s overall financial strategy and operations. The CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning to support business objectives. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, monitoring key performance indicators, and advising leadership on financial risks and opportunities. The role also involves establishing and maintaining robust internal controls, managing relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The CFO will collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance, including corporate finance principles and financial management practices.
Proficiency in Financial Planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support short- and long-term business strategies.
Experience preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Capability in Financial Reporting, including management reports, statutory reports, and performance dashboards.
Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decisions.
Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably as CFO or Finance Head in a growing organization.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent relevant degree.
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory frameworks applicable to LLPs and design firms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
