Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Owner role based in Coimbatore. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define product vision, gather and refine requirements, and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals. Daily responsibilities include translating business needs into clear user stories, coordinating with software development teams, and ensuring timely delivery of features with measurable value. The role involves analyzing market trends and user feedback, monitoring product performance, and recommending improvements to enhance usability and efficiency. The Product Owner will also facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, support release planning, and contribute to continuous improvement of product management processes.
Qualifications
Strong Product Management skills, including backlog ownership, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
Robust Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data, define requirements, and validate solutions.
Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.
Understanding of Software Development processes, agile methodologies, and working with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience in product ownership or product management in a technology or digital services environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple priorities, and make data-informed decisions.
Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira or similar), user story writing, and documentation best practices.
