As we continue building Quartyl, we're looking for motivated individuals who can help us connect with tax professionals, CA firms, and consulting businesses across India and international markets.
Role Description
We're looking for a Business Development Associate / Executive to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, exploring business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients.
You will be responsible for helping Quartyl expand its customer base by introducing our transfer pricing software to relevant firms and professionals.
What You'll Do
Identify potential clients, including CA firms, tax consulting firms, and transfer pricing teams.
Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, professional networks, and other channels.
Connect with Partners, Directors, and decision-makers at consulting firms.
Introduce Quartyl's software and arrange product demonstrations.
Understand client requirements and communicate feedback to the team.
Maintain lead records and follow up with prospective clients.
Support business development strategies and contribute to customer acquisition.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in B2B sales, business development, or SaaS.
Ability to identify prospects and build professional relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to learn about transfer pricing and tax technology.
Experience in financial services, consulting, SaaS sales, or professional services is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply.
Compensation
Performance-Based Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary.
Compensation will be linked to the revenue generated through successfully acquired clients.
The commission structure, eligibility, and payment terms will be discussed transparently during the selection process.
