Role Description
Performance Marketer Intern
Location: Remote
Work Commitment: 4–5 hours/day, 6 days/week
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000/month

THE ROLE
As a Performance Marketer Intern, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to support and optimise Google and Meta Ads. You’ll get practical exposure to campaign strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, lead generation, and performance analysis.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, experimenting with different approaches, and understanding what actually drives conversions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing and monitoring Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support audience research, targeting, keyword research, and campaign structuring.
Assist with testing different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Track key performance metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
Identify performance trends and provide actionable insights.
Assist in preparing campaign reports and performance updates.
Work with the marketing team to improve lead generation and paid acquisition.
Stay updated with relevant paid marketing trends, tools, and platform changes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong interest in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Analytical mindset with an interest in working with data.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership.
Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience through internships, projects, certifications, or personal campaigns is a plus.
