About the Role
DOMATEN is looking for a skilled and passionate Performance Marketer/Tutor to join our fully remote team.
The successful candidate will train students in practical performance marketing strategies while supporting digital advertising campaigns and growth activities for clients and DOMATEN.
Requirements
Good knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising.
Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads or other relevant advertising platforms.
Understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Good communication and teaching skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Previous practical experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Train and mentor students in practical performance marketing strategies.
Develop and deliver practical lessons, assignments and projects.
Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback and guidance.
Plan, manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for clients and DOMATEN.
Conduct audience research, campaign analysis and performance reporting.
Track key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
Support lead generation, customer acquisition and other growth-focused marketing activities.
Stay updated with trends, tools and developments in performance marketing.
Collaborate with team members and meet agreed deadlines and project requirements.
Compensation
30% of students’ training + certification fees.
25% of service charges for services rendered to clients and the organization.
Additional project, performance-based and career growth opportunities.
General Expectations
Selected candidates will serve in both Tutor and Performance Marketer capacities. Team members are expected to train and mentor students effectively, deliver quality services to clients and DOMATEN, contribute to organizational growth, maintain professionalism and communicate effectively.
