Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a full-time, on-site role based in South Jakarta. This position is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling volunteers to support company programs and community initiatives. The coordinator oversees volunteer training, ensures clear communication of roles and expectations, and provides ongoing guidance and support. Daily activities include maintaining volunteer records, organizing orientations, coordinating with internal teams, and engaging with community partners to identify volunteer opportunities. The role also involves monitoring volunteer performance, addressing concerns, and continuously improving the volunteer experience to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to effectively organize and support volunteer teams.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with volunteers, colleagues, and community partners.
Candidates should possess experience or interest in Community Outreach to help build and sustain relationships with local organizations and groups.
Relevant experience in coordinating volunteers, events, or community programs is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site full time in South Jakarta, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, inclusive approach to working with diverse groups of people.
A diploma or degree in social sciences, communications, management, or a related field is an advantage.
