Role Description The Research & Operations Coordinator (Remote) is a full-time role responsible for supporting research initiatives and coordinating day-to-day operations across Curvions Lab’s projects and internal workflows. This role involves assisting with research design and execution, organizing and synthesizing information, maintaining documentation, and tracking project timelines and deliverables. The Coordinator will help streamline operational processes, support stakeholder communication, and contribute to client-facing and internal materials. Daily tasks include managing schedules, coordinating virtual meetings, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth collaboration among cross-functional teams. The role is fully remote and requires comfort working across time zones, using digital tools, and adapting to dynamic, evolving project needs.

Strong analytical skills to support research, problem-solving, and structured thinking.
Clear and professional communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience or interest in operations management, including coordinating workflows and tracking projects.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to be responsive, organized, and supportive in client and partner interactions.
Administrative assistance capabilities, including scheduling, documentation management, and task follow-up.
Comfort working in remote, digital environments and using collaboration tools (e.g., project management platforms, video conferencing, shared documents).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., business, social sciences, public policy, technology, or related disciplines).
Demonstrated interest in institutional strategy, innovation, or emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Data Science, HealthTech, or similar areas) is beneficial.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a purpose-driven, inclusive team culture.
