Company Description NMC KNITWEARS is a garment manufacturer based in Ludhiana, known for producing a range of apparel that combines comfort, functionality, and contemporary style. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site/work from home Graphic Designer/ operations assistant role based in Ludhiana. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for garment collections, including design graphics for printing and embroidery , branding elements and promotional materials. Daily tasks include developing design layouts, refining typography, preparing print-ready artwork, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and offline channels. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams, interpreting design briefs, presenting concepts, and incorporating feedback into final designs. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects, maintain organized design files, and stay updated on design trends relevant to the apparel and fashion industry.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation, including layout, color, and composition.
Experience in Branding to develop and refine brand identities.
Ability to translate product and marketing requirements into clear visual concepts for apparel and related materials.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalents).
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; experience in fashion or apparel design is an advantage.
