Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driver role based in Dehradun. The Driver will operate company trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently between designated locations. Responsibilities include performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, following assigned routes and schedules, and complying with all traffic and safety regulations. The Driver will maintain accurate delivery documentation, coordinate with dispatch or supervisors, and communicate clearly with customers and team members. The role also involves keeping the vehicle clean and in good working condition and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
Qualifications
Strong truck driving skills with experience operating commercial vehicles and handling a truck safely in various road and weather conditions.
Valid CDL Class A (or equivalent heavy vehicle license as required locally) and a clean driving record.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, supervisors, and team members.
Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and represent Bisora Ventures in a positive manner.
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
Ability to follow routes, schedules, and company procedures reliably.
Physical ability to sit for extended periods, load/unload goods as needed, and meet the demands of on-road work.
Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or commercial driving is an advantage.
