Building Paintship in Bangalore — Looking for an Operations & Execution Co-Founder.
We have built the tech foundation (Paintship PSQ app for instant quotes/invoicing & automated ops scheduling). Now, we need an execution leader to own field operations, painter onboarding, and site quality control.
Who we are looking for:
• 3+ years experience in painting site management or contractor management
• Strong local network of skilled painters/contractors in Bangalore
• Hands-on execution focus (No fluff, purely site-level delivery)
Structure: Project-based trial period moving to Co-Founder Equity + Revenue Share based on
execution fit. If you have site execution muscle and want to build a tech-enabled home painting platform, let’s talk.
