About the Opportunity:
The PARTNER MARKETING SPECIALIST role supports the execution of partner marketing programs within the partner ecosystem. This position is responsible for bringing campaigns and program elements to life through emails, webinars, events, and co-branded assets, maintaining partner communications and content, and using performance data to guide improvements. The role contributes by ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and partners have the resources needed, ultimately enhancing program effectiveness and partner engagement.
Responsibilities:
Execute partner campaign components such as emails, webinars, event support, and co-branded assets.
Coordinate timelines, dependencies, reviews, and logistics across partner marketing activities.
Prepare campaign briefs, copy drafts, registration details, execution checklists, and related materials.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain progress.
Use established processes and identify opportunities to improve campaign execution and workflows.
Support partner communications including event invitations, newsletters, webinar promotions, and announcements.
Maintain and organize partner-facing content and resources in enablement systems.
Adapt materials for partners, audiences, and regions while ensuring brand consistency.
Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, content drafting, and administrative tasks, with thorough review of outputs.
Generate campaign and program reports, analyze performance data, and identify optimization opportunities.
Prepare performance updates for partner managers and marketing stakeholders.
Track campaign spend and market development fund usage with accurate documentation.
Recommend improvements for campaigns, reporting, content management, and team workflows.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in B2B marketing supporting campaigns, events, communications, or marketing operations.
Experience executing marketing program components such as email campaigns, webinars, events, or co-branded content.
Proficiency in running reports, organizing performance data, and using insights to recommend improvements.
Strong project coordination skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, partner, and agency teams without direct authority.
Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM and marketing automation or campaign management platforms.
Demonstrated use of AI in marketing tasks such as research, content drafting, and data synthesis, with outputs reviewed for accuracy and brand alignment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
$45.00 Hourly
