Role Description The Claims Manager role at INSURANCE SUVIDHA is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Claims Manager oversees the end-to-end claims process, including registration, assessment, documentation review, and resolution. Responsibilities include analyzing claim files, verifying policy coverage, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and fair claims settlement. The role also involves monitoring claim volumes and trends, improving workflows, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and handling escalations. The Claims Manager supports and guides claims staff, ensures accurate reporting, and contributes to customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic communication.
