Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Principal role based in Gohana. The Principal will provide academic and administrative leadership, ensuring that teaching and learning practices align with regulatory requirements and institutional goals. Daily responsibilities include overseeing faculty performance, guiding curriculum planning, monitoring examination and assessment processes, and maintaining discipline and a positive campus culture. The Principal will manage compliance with relevant education board and regulatory bodies, supervise admissions-related activities, and support student welfare initiatives. The role also involves representing the college to external stakeholders, developing partnerships, leading quality assurance efforts, and driving strategic planning and institutional development.
Qualifications
Strong academic background in Education or a related field, preferably with a Master’s or Doctoral degree and recognized teacher education qualifications.
Proven experience in academic leadership or administration in a college or school of education, with familiarity with relevant regulatory and accreditation norms.
Demonstrated ability in curriculum planning, assessment oversight, and quality assurance in teaching and learning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse faculty and staff.
Sound organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities for managing day-to-day operations and long-term institutional planning.
Commitment to ethical conduct, student-centered education, inclusivity, and a safe, respectful campus environment.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including parents, regulatory bodies, and community partners, is highly beneficial.
Comfort with basic educational technologies and institutional management systems to support academic and administrative processes.
