Role Description The Operation Theatre role at PMCH is a full-time, on-site position based in Sampatchak. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and maintenance of the operation theatre, ensuring all instruments, equipment, and materials are sterilized and ready for procedures. The role involves coordinating with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff, supporting pre-operative and post-operative workflows, and maintaining accurate records related to surgeries. Daily tasks may include monitoring supplies, adhering to infection control protocols, and helping ensure smooth scheduling and execution of operations. The position requires consistent attention to patient safety, clear communication with the medical team, and adherence to hospital policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
