Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Dehradun. The specialist will manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content. Daily responsibilities include developing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, engaging with audiences, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role involves collaborating with the production and marketing teams to align social media content with ongoing projects, brand voice, and promotional goals. The specialist will also stay informed about trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to optimize strategy and improve reach and engagement.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including planning content calendars and producing platform-appropriate posts.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear brand messaging and audience interaction.
Proficiency with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Dehradun and collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams.
Prior experience in media, production, or a related creative industry is an advantage.
Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
