About the Role
We are looking for a driven and performance-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and scaling affiliates and media buyers across performance-based campaigns. This role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of affiliate traffic models and optimization strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliates, media buyers, and direct publishers
Identify and close CPA, RevShare, and CPM deals
Actively negotiate commercial terms and build long-term partnerships
Monitor and optimize affiliate performance to maximize revenue and ROI
Analyze traffic quality and detect fraud patterns (incent traffic, bots, abnormal behavior, etc.)
Manage and operate affiliate platforms (offers, tracking, postbacks, caps, payouts)
Communicate upcoming promotions, new products, and optimization opportunities to partners
Develop strategies to scale and improve the affiliate program
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging traffic opportunities
