Project Manager

Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Projects at FLASHART CAMEROUN is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving high-impact initiatives across the organization. This position oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and measurable outcomes. The role includes leading cross-functional teams, defining project scopes and timelines, managing budgets and resources, and setting performance metrics and reporting structures. The Vice President collaborates with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and implement process improvements. This role also involves stakeholder communication, preparing executive-level presentations, and establishing best practices for project governance and change management.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project leadership, and portfolio management, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Strong skills in business analysis, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making, including the ability to interpret financial and operational metrics.
Proven ability to lead and develop diverse, remote teams; excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience establishing project governance frameworks, risk management practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Advanced problem-solving skills, with the capacity to operate in fast-changing environments and prioritize competing demands.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an asset.
Significant leadership experience in strategic roles, preferably within international or multi-site organizations.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools and digital workflows; ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with senior leadership.
