About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging German language training programs to learners at various proficiency levels (A1–C1), helping them build strong communication skills for academic, professional, or personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct German language classes (online/offline) for various CEFR levels (A1 to C1)
Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments tailored to learner needs
Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and mock interviews
Provide conversational practice to improve fluency and pronunciation
Prepare students for certifications (Goethe-Institut, TestDaF, telc, etc.) if applicable
Track attendance, performance, and provide regular feedback to management/students
Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and German language trends
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in German language or related field
Minimum C1 level proficiency in German (certification preferred)
Prior experience as a German trainer/teacher (mention minimum years if applicable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong classroom/virtual management skills
Goethe-Institut or equivalent certification is a plus
